E-mail from Angela Royston, 9 Sept. 2015 (with regard to previous authority file confusion between herself and Angela Sheehan: "The confusion may have arisen because I wrote a series of books called Animal Life Stories which were published in 1988 and 1989 by Kingfisher. Some of these titles reused artwork from a previous series called Wildlife Library, which was written by Angela Sheehan. We both worked for Macdonald Educational, but not at the same time. In fact she, Michael Dempsey, and Dan Grisewood and others left Macdonald Educational to establish their own company a week before I joined Macdonald Educational; Angela Sheehan was one of the founding members of Grisewood and Dempsey, which later became the publisher Kingfisher, and I worked there for several years as an editor and, later, as a freelance writer. After leaving Grisewood & Dempsey/Kingfisher I went freelance and have subsequently written 400 books or more, all in my own name. I've never used an alternative name. After leaving Grisewood & Dempsey/Kingfisher, Angela Sheehan established her own publishing company called Cherrytree Books and was later involved with an independent company established by Michael Dempsey")
