Found inHis Les Troyens, 1969-1970: p. 755, etc. ("This edition sets out the text of Berlioz's original conception of the work as a single five-act opera and not as a union of two separate operas, La prise de Troie and Les Troyens à Carthage"; in 1863 the opera was reluctantly divided by the composer into two operas in order to obtain a performance. A new prologue was added to the second opera consisting of Lamento, newly composed, and Marche troyenne et chœurs, taken from the finale of Act 1)
