Chris Koch Media: website for Jon Christopher Koch, February 26, 2016: home page (Christopher Koch is a professor at Montgomery Community College in Rockville, Maryland, teaching the history of broadcasting and introductory and advanced courses in video production. He is also a radio and television producer who has received six national EMMY awards, the George Foster Peabody Award. Koch is a former executive producer of NPR's evening news program, All Things Considered, and public television's series on journalism, Inside Story. He began his television career at KQED, the public television station in San Francisco and the ABC Documentary Unit, Close Up. He has directed and produced award-winning programs on the wilderness, science, technology, history, politics and the environment. He received a Masters Degree with honors from Columbia University on a Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship and a BA from Reed College. Koch taught English and media courses at Bennington College.
