Biography/History noteWilliam "Owen" Bradley was a native of Westmoreland, Tennessee and began playing in local nightclubs and roadhouses at an early age. By the late 1940s, he took a music arranger and songwriter position at Decca Records workingwith Ernest Tubb, Burl Ives and Kitty Wells. For more information:
