Biography/History noteBuddy Baker, born Norman Dale Baker, was an American composer and arranger. Throughout the 1930s and 1940s he worked alongside many big bands including Harry James, Charlie Barnet, Kay Kyser, Bob Crosby, just to name a few. His first big hit as an arranger came with "And Her Tears Flowed Like Wine" for Stan Kenton and his Orchestra. For more information
