Wikipedia, via WWW, December 13, 2011 (Nicomede Bianchi; Italian politician; born September 19, 1818 in Reggio Emilia; was Senator of the Kingdom of Italy in the fourteenth legislature; took an active role in the Risorgimento, participating in the founding of the National Society for the Italian Confederation, designed by Vincenzo Gioberti, who carried out their work in Turin between September and October 1848; was a member of the National Commission for the Exhibition of Turin in 1884; was one of the first twenty directors of the newly-formed Italian Society of Authors and Publishers (SIAE); was also Grand Officer of the Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus; died February 6, 1886 in Turin)
