Biography/History noteElystan Morgan, is a Welsh politician and judge. He was a Labour MP for Cardiganshire between 1966-1974. He was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1971. He was created a Life peer on 27 May 1981, with the title 'Baron Elystan-Morgan, of Aberteifi'.
