Walter Jankuhn played in 1928 in a silent film production and in 1929 he got a starring role in the first sound film that was entirely shot and produced in a German studio. He lived in the Munich street in the Bavarian Quarter in Berlin-Schöneberg, where he died 22 May 1953)
