af Klercker Family Society, viewed Sept. 15, 2016: (Georg af Klercker, 1877-1951; silent filmmaking career 1912-1926. In his youth he was a First Lieutenant with the Swedish Life Guards; as an actor, he toured Scandinavia with various theater companies prior to joining the Royal Dramatic Theater, Stockholm. From there, producer Charles Magnusson made him head of his studio in Lidingö. Klercker made several films as director and acting in multiple roles in each film the most famous of which was the 1912 film "Death Ride the circus dome" (Swedish title Dödsritten under cirkuskupolen"). He was a founding member of the Swedish Actors' Association)
