Biography/History noteHenryk Lipiński was born on November 3, 1917 in Sośnica and died on December 26, 2011. He was an officer in the Polish Army a participant in the Warsaw Uprising, and a prisoner of war held in Bergen-Belsen. In the post-war years, he earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and worked in the construction industry in Warsaw.
