The few scenes that make up the film are loggers performing the various operations necessary to prevent logs from jamming together. The men keep them headed with the flow of the water toward the lake on which the mill is located. The activities of approximately a dozen men were photographed"--Early motion pictures. The sequence lasts about 3 minutes. Eight lumbermen stand on logs, rolling them with long poles. At one point, one of the men lies down on a log while his companions hold it steady in the water. One-by-one they maneuver logs into position and run across the rolling logs and out of camera range. Biograph production no. 3202.
