Site History. House Architecture: 18th century house expanded by Robert H. Robertson for Walter Webb from whom Frank Arthur Vanderlip purchased the house and 23 acres in 1906. William Welles Bosworth additions for Vanderlip. Landscape: William Welles Bosworth on 125 acres, and Mabel Narcissa Cox (Mrs. Frank Arthur) Vanderlip. Today: Swimming pool extant and house is a condominium; part of the Scarborough Historic District on the registery of National Historic Places.
