八行二十一字. Eight lines, with twenty-one characters per line.
函脊題「養局案記」，無書名頁，版心上題「養局案記」，中題府州縣地名。冊1含順天府至正定府，冊2含順德府至熱河道。正文前有乾隆己卯（二十四年，1759）秋太子太保總督直隸都御史方觀承序、乾隆二十四年（1759）閏六月「節錄議覆地方生息〓子」。後有「養局規條」.
