鈔本 經摺裝 四周單邊 白口 無魚尾 版匡高21.6寬11.7公分 全書高28.7寬15.6公分 白紙.
七行十六字. Seven lines, with sixteen characters per line.
無書名葉，無序跋。正文卷端題"地藏菩薩本願經卷上"，下無署名。正文前有白描綫刻印如來說法圖，如来居中，趺坐蓮花宝臺说法，背有佛光，上有傘蓋。眾佛站立兩旁，佔五葉；五爪龍紋碑形牌記，未題字；卷末有韋陀護法圖，頭頂光環，穿戴盔甲，手持金刚宝杵，祥雲環繞，雲間繪八寳，刻印精細。全書鈔錄於絳紅方格白紙上，楷書極工整。每冊面底錦緞包夾板及函套，精致考究，但似近鈔。是書為釋迦牟尼佛稱揚贊嘆地藏菩薩"地獄未空誓不成佛，眾生度盡方證菩提"之宏大願望的經典.
