1 drawing.
Cartoon shows a rugged but weary looking man (labeled "The Big 4") looking at a globe whose European, African, and Asian portions are missing. The broken pieces lie on a table in front of him along with a glue pot. Probably drawn shortly after the end of World War II, when it was still hoped that the Soviet Union and the Western powers (Britain, France, and the United States) would work together to repair the devastation of the war.
