Cartoon shows Soviet leader Joseph Stalin looking out over the Kremlin Wall with a bubble labeled "Renewed Vague Peace Talk" emanating from his mouth. A figure with a globe head glares at Stalin, pointing indignantly at a figure (labeled "Korea") crucified on the Kremlin wall. Reflects the belief of the non-Communist world that Stalin was responsible for the Korean War and skepticism at continued Soviet calls for peace.
