1 drawing on layered paper : ink over pencil.
Four panel comic strip shows a miner and a mine operator arguing. An efficiency expert spies all the hot air, and places a heating duct over their heads. The final frame shows the efficiency expert taking a bow as a man representing the public fans himself before a warm radiator. Systems and inventions for making industry more efficient were popular in the 1920s.
