Equipped with her "bible," a copy of the General Maximum Price Regulations written painstakingly in Mandarin, one of the chief languages of China, Mrs. Joanne A. Tee, price specialist of the Office of Price Administration (OPA), is explaining the necessity for posting ceiling prices to Lee Bow, manager of a large wholesale and retail store in New York's Chinatown.
