[i], 222 ff. Paper. ; 24 x 18.5 cm. Work 1: Ff. 1r-138v: ספר הגלגולים של האר"י זלה"ה דרוש הנשמות והגלגול והעיבור והיבום וכמה פרטים שבהם Sefer ha-Gilgulim. Work on transmigration of souls in seventy-three chapters. This work is actually the fourth "nof" of Nof Ez Hayyim, Meir Poppers redaction of the teachings of Hayyim Vital. Chapters 1-36 were printed separately under the title Sefer ha-Gilgulim (Frankfort 1684). At the end ע"כ מצאתי מכתיבת ידי הרח"ו זלה"ה. In some other manuscripts the reading is הרמ"ז זלה"ה. This text is followed by additional texts on transmigration, as it is in some other manuscripts, namely: ענייני הגלגולים אשר קבל הרמ"ע מפאנו זלה"ה מהר"ר ישראל סרוק זלה"ה by Menahem Azariah Fano from the teachings of Israel Sarug (ff. 110r-124r) including an index of names (ff. 125r-127v); an index to Biblical verses, rabbinical sources and quotes from the Zohar in Sefer ha-Gilgulim (ff. 128r-131v), פתח תקוה a list of contents of each chapter in Sefer ha-Gilgulim (ff. 132r-135r continued on 139r-142r), להרמ"ק זלה"ה teachings of Moses Cordovero on the same subject (ff. 136r-137r) and by Isaac Luria (f. 137r) and ענין שיחת העופות on the “discussions” of birds (f. 138r-v). Inserted in “windows” in the text are glosses by Nathan Spira נלעד"ן, Isaac Luria and Hayyim Vital's Ez Hayyim מע"ח. In the margins, glosses by Moses Zacuto קול הרמ"ז. Work 2: Ff. 145r-222v: ספר גלגולי הנפש ונקרא משיבת נפש Sefer Meshivat Nefesh on transmigration of souls by Jacob Zemah. On the title page (f. 145r) the scribe added a poem beginning תקרא הגלגולים בספר זה של הקודמים לך בנפש רות. K112 Fols. 216-222 are bound upside down and backwards. A different hand copied ff. 206v, line 13 to the end. On f. [i]v there is a note by Isaac Shalom Ghiron of Casale [Monferrato] writing on 15 Sivan 5584=1824 on behalf of Gabriel Jona stating that this manuscript was lent by the said Gabriel Jona of Biella to Raphael Barukh Segre of Vercelli on condition that he return the book within the year and Jona will return to him the book Benei David הגביר מזה הספר הוא הקצין גבריאל יונה מעיר ביילא יע"א והלוהו להקצין רפאל ברוך סגרי מיווירצילי יע"א בתנאי שיחזירהו בתוך השנה הזאת והוא יחזיר לו הספר בני דוד. ט"ו סיון התקפ"ד, הצעיר יצחק שלמה גירון מעיר קסאלי בעד הקצין גבריאל יונה יצ"ו.
