Mike List, a natural resource manager for the Division of State Parks and Reservoirs, grew up visiting state parks and always assuming he would work outdoors. In this interview, he describes his first job doing planning for Charlestown State Park; the challenges of negotiating projects between parks and the public; and also discusses the impact of new recreational activities on planning parks and new resource management methods.
Recorded at the Department of Natural Resources Headquarters, Indianapolis, Indiana, March 6, 2014.
