Wikipedia, viewed 13 February 2017: Yvon Dupuis (Yvon Dupuis, PC; Canadian politician; born October 11, 1926, in Montreal, Quebec; educated at Collège de Varennes in Longueuil; worked as an insurance agent and owned two music stores before running for office; elected to the National Assembly of Quebec in 1952 provincial election in the riding of Montréal-Sainte-Marie as a member of the Liberal Party of Quebec, being defeated in 1956; ran as an independent Liberal in Saint-Jean-Iberville-Napierville in 1957 federal election, and was elected in that riding as the Liberal Party of Canada candidate in the 1958 federal election, being re-elected in 1962 and 1963, before being defeated in 1965; appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretary of State in May 1963, resigning from cabinet in January 1965 after being accussed of accepting a bribe (later being acquitted); elected leader of the provincial Ralliement créditiste du Québec in 1973, resigning in 1974 to found the Parti présidentiel before ending his career that year; worked as a radio announcer on various stations; died January 1, 2017, in Longueuil, Quebec)
