Wikipedia, Dec. 18, 2014 (Agustín García Calvo, born October 15, 1926, died November 1, 2012, was a Spanish philologist, philosopher, poet and playwright; was born and died in Zamora; was teaching at the Madrid's Universidad Complutense in 1964-1965, was expelled by Franco administration, spent many years of his subsequent exile in Paris, being appointed professor at Lille University. In 1976 he recovered his chair in Madrid, where he remained teaching ancient philology until his retirement in 1992. He is now emeritus professor at the Universidad Complutense)
