Stained Radiance ... appeared in September 1930; On 2 September 1932 Mitchell published a novel, Sunset Song; other novels: Cloud howe (1933), Grey granite (1934), A Scots quair was first issued as a single volume in 1946; He was admitted to Queen Victoria Hospital, Welwyn Garden City, at the beginning of February 1935 ... died on on 7 February)
