Wikipedia, September 18, 2015 (Erich Kleineidam; founding rector of the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Erfurt, philosopher, priest, and author; born January 3, 1905 in Bielschowitz, Upper Silesia; died April 21, 2005 in Erfurt; Kleineidam studied Catholic Theology and Philosophy in Breslau, Freiburg and Innsbruck; he received his ordination on Jannary 27, 1929 in Breslau by Cardinal Adolf Bertram; he received his doctorate in philosophy in 1930 at the University of Wroclaw; he then became head of the Schülerkonvikts junior high school in Liebethal, Lower Silesia; in 1934 Kleineidam worked as a tutor at the Archbishop's theological convent in Wroclaw; he became deputy director there in 1935; in 1939 Kleineidam was appointed Professor of Philosophy in Weidenau, Sudetenland; he also held the position of Vice-Rector in Breslau until the dissolution of the institute due to the war; he was appointed in 1947 as a professor at the newly founded philosophical-theological University Koenigstein im Taunus; in 1954 he was a founding principal of "Philosophy and Theology studies Erfurt" (today's Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Erfurt) and was professor of philosophy there until 1970)
