Dutch Wikipedia, viewed August 22nd, 2024 (Isaak Tirion, born approximately 1705 in Utrecht; buried October 12th, 1765 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch bookseller and publisher; he settled in Amsterdam around 1725, first on Nieuwendijk (near Dam Square) and from 1742 on Kalverstraat no. 10, he published a large number of books, serial works and periodicals, among which were many topographical works, after his death his widow, Johanna Koster, continued the business for several years)
