Biography/History noteEdward Cronjager was a cinematographer, known for Cimarron (1931), Heaven can wait (1943), and Beneath the 12-mile reef (1953). Some sources say his father was cinematographer, Henry Cronjager (1877-1967) however, his father's name was Charles G. Cronjager. In the 1910 United States Federal Census Charles Cronjager's 6-year-old son was named Julius. Cannot confirm that Julius Cronjager and Edward Cronjager are the same person. He was the brother of cinematographer Henry Cronjager (1906-1991).
