Wikipedia, German version, March 14, 2019 (Louis Reymond; Jean-Antoine-Louis Reymond; born 1 November 1772 in Lausanne; died there 7 November 1821; lived in Les Bayards; Swiss politician and publicist during the Helvetic Revolution in 1798; from 1799 he was a canton recruiting officer; in May 1802 he led the rebellion of the Bourla-Papey ("paper burners"), campaigning for the abolition of feudal lordly rights; his public activities ceased with the end of the Helvetic Republic; after a mental breakdown he spent the last five years of his life in an asylum)
