Wikipedia, January 27, 2019 (Adrien Houngbédji; born 5 March 1942; Beninese politician and leader of the Democratic Renewal Party (Parti du renouveau démocratique, PRD), which he founded in 1990; he was president of the National Assembly of Benin 1991-1995, prime minister 1996-1998, and president of the National Assembly again 1999-2003, and again since 2015; has been a presidential candidate several times; doctorate in law 1967, University of Paris; graduated the same year from French National School of Magistrate [sic], joined the bar in Cotonou in 1968, ran a law office; after arrest, escape and exile in 1975, he went to Paris, then Dakar, Senegal, where he taught law, then to Libreville, Gabon, where he again practiced law; returned to Benin in 1989 after an amnesty was declared by the Kérékou regime)
