Wikipedia, German, September 16, 2021 (Donald Lindsay Galbreath;Donald Lindsay Galbreath (born May 9, 1884 in Newark, Ohio); died November 2, 1949 in London) was an American heraldist and dentist working in Switzerland; as a dentist, he opened a practice in Montreux (formerly Le Châtelard VD ) around 1910; his special talent for languages in English, German and French was very helpful to him in his work in the field of heraldry; through his numerous publications he became an important representative of modern heraldry; in cooperation with the heraldists Egon Freiherr von Berchem and Otto Hupp, a catalog of the German heraldic books of the Middle Ages was created; the Swiss magazine “Schweizer Archiv für Heraldik”, of which he was the editor in French, changed under his leadership from a regional edition to a heraldic publication with an international reputation)
