Wikipedia WWW site, viewed Sept. 28, 2016: Rudolf Lehmann (b. 11 Dec. 1890, d. 26 July 1955; German jurist and military judge. Was a Nazi and Judge Advocate General of the Whermacht during World War II. President of the Reich Military Court, July 1938-May 1945, was held prisoner by the US Army in May 1945. Was tried and found guilty of war crimes in Oct. 1947 at the High Command Trial for his involvement in the drafting of the Barbarossa Decree and the Commissar Order. Lehmann was sentenced to seven years imprisonment at the War Criminal Prison in Landesberg. Was released on 16 Aug. 1950 and died in Bonn on 26 July 1955).
