Biography/History noteCamillo Graffico (approximately 1565-1615) was an Italian engraver active particularly in Rome, who was known for book illustration and for copies of paintings and engravings by prominent Italian painters. During his lifetime he was famous for the silver, copper, and brass fountains he made for the aristocracy.
