Wikipedia, July 8, 2024 (Friedrich Husson: 15 May 1878-29 March 1943; a German journalist and writer. He was born in 1878 in Webenheim (today a district of Blieskastel) in the Rhine Paslatinate which was still part of the Kingdom of Bavaria. He was an anti-democratic editor/editor-in-chief for the Daily Rundschau in Berlin, and the Hugenberg Scherl publishing house. He was an editorial writer for the Tag and the Berliner Lokal-Anzeiger. He died of a heart condition in 1943 in Berlin-Zehlendorf and was buried in the Zehlendorf cemetery; his grave has not been preserved. While he was quickly forgotten in post-war Germany, he prepared the ground for the Nazi press. His publications include: Die Lülsbrucher Wirren, novel, 1921; The Russian egg. Eine Ausles, Berlin 1924; Kurfürstendamm. Zur Kulturgeschichte des Zwischenreichs, Berlin 1934; and Englands politische Moral in Selbstzeugnissen, Berlin 1940.)
