Biography/History noteTrudi Schoop (b. 1903) was a dancer, choreographer, humorist, and therapist. She was born in Switzerland, where she would later open a school of dance in 1926 and organize a comic ballet. After moving to Los Angeles in 1947, she pioneered the field of dance therapy.
