Born on August 28, 1961 in New Bedford, MA, he went on to study art at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Dion has held major exhibitions at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin, and the Tate Gallery in London. He currently divides his time between New York and Beach Lake, PA. He also teaches in the Visual Art Department at Columbia University, wrote "Archaeology", and is the co-author of "Concrete Jungle")
