Scope noteHere are entered works on hypothetical waves predicted by the general theory of relativity that are created by disturbances of matter and travel through space at the speed of light propagating gravitational fields. Works on waves in a fluid medium that are generated by the force of gravity, such as those between air and water at an ocean's surface or between layers of air in the Earth's atmosphere, are entered under Gravity waves.
